Mary A. Chase, BSN, MA, FACHE

A registered nurse (RN) with over 20 years experience in clinical quality program implementation with significant involvement in quality management, data analytics and risk mitigation strategies along with large-scale organizational training facilitation. Ms. Chase also holds a Master of Health Services Management degree. She has experience in various health sectors including insurance, nongovernmental and military healthcare systems. She has served as the Manager, of the Patient Safety Program for the Brian Allgood United States Army Community Hospital, Yongsan, South Korea, and as the Manager of Risk Management and Patient Safety Programs for Blanchfield United States Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, Kentucky, USA.

Prior to joining QRI she was a Senior Advisory Consultant for Ernst & Young, based in McLean Virginia, USA. Ms. Chase is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSS BB).
